On the eve of the second anniversary of the Citizens United ruling this January 21, 2012, MoveToAmend.org is calling for Americans to Occupy the Courts. This one-day occupation in front of federal courthouses across the country will challenge the US Supreme Court's decison to let corporations flood money into political campaigns, and the notion that corporate "persons" should be given the same constitutional rights as individuals.
